LKX-PV Series Surge Protector (spd)

The LKX-PV series surge protective device(SPDs) are suitable for new energy wind and solar power generation systems, with operating voltages of 500V, 800V, and 1000V. These protectors are installed in the main DC power system to protect against indirect lightning currents, direct lightning currents, or other transient overvoltages.

    Installation considerations

1.Before installation, ensure power is disconnected. Operating while energized is strictly prohibited.
2.It is recommended to install a fuse or circuit breaker in series at the front end of the surge protection module.
3.Follow the installation diagram for connection during installation. DC+ is the positive pole, DC- is the negative pole, and PE is the ground wire. Avoid incorrect connections. After installation, close the circuit breaker (or fuse) switch and check if the operation status is normal.
4.After installation, insert the module into place and verify if the surge protection module is functioning correctly.
5.During use, regularly inspect the surge protection module and check the status of the fault display window. If the fault display window turns red or if the remote signaling terminal outputs an alarm signal, it indicates a malfunction of the surge protection module, which should be promptly repaired or replaced.
6.Parallel-connected power surge protection modules should be installed in parallel. The connection wires must be secure, reliable, short, thick, and straight.
